About My Work
I work with leaders who are navigating complexity, responsibility, and moments where the stakes feel real. Often, that means slowing things down just enough to think clearly, notice patterns that are easy to miss from inside the system, and make choices you can stand behind over time.
My approach is grounded, reflective, and practical. I’m less interested in quick fixes and more focused on helping leaders develop clarity, steadiness, and discernment, especially when expectations are competing and the path forward isn’t obvious.
Coaching with me is a mix of thoughtful reflection and real-world action. We’ll name what’s happening, explore what’s underneath it, and identify what you want to shift, not just in the moment, but in the larger patterns shaping your leadership.
You can expect a steady, direct, and supportive space. I’ll ask powerful questions, help you sort signal from noise, and work with you to translate insight into decisions and next steps you can actually test between sessions.
How I Work
Background & Perspective
My professional work has centered on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and coaching in complex environments. I hold a doctorate in leadership development, and my background combines formal study with years of applied work alongside leaders at different stages of responsibility, from leaders stepping into broader scope to those carrying sustained organizational weight.
That combination has shaped how I listen and how I work. I’m attentive to both the individual and the system they’re operating within, and I’m comfortable sitting with ambiguity while we sort out what matters most.
A Personal Note
I’m drawn to work that is thoughtful, honest, and grounded in real life. I value clarity over performance, discernment over urgency, and progress that lasts over quick wins that fade.
If you’re navigating a moment that matters, a short introductory conversation you clarify what you want next and whether working together would be useful.
